Return Policy Overview

Full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days from the delivery date, provided they have all original tags attached and are in their original, unworn condition (subject to relevant restrictions). You may choose a refund, gift card, store credit, or exchange. If you opt for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. Returns for exchange, gift card, or purchases via Shop Now (within our Loop return platform) will not incur any handling fees.You must ship back your items using the return label we provide; otherwise, your return may be rejected. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered, or altered in any way, including items with marks such as bodily fluids, deodorant stains, and removed/tampered liners.Please note: If your return package contains items that are not from 12th Tribe, we are not responsible for them and cannot return them to you.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

• Sale and clearance items (items marked as "Final Sale")
• Hats, swimwear, jewelry, accessories
• Intimates, vintage garments, masks
• Thrasher Shorts* (made-to-order items, eligible for gift cards only)
• All items beyond the 15-day return period
• All items purchased during holiday promotions, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, flash sales, and secret sales

Return Shipping Cost Instructions

• If you choose to return for a refund, a return shipping cost of $9.95 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• If you return for a gift card or exchange, we will provide a prepaid return label* (Vintage Thrasher Shorts are not eligible for prepaid return labels).
